The City of Virginia Beach requires that all dogs and cats over 4 months of age and owned by a resident of the city be registered for an animal license. We can issue a city license for your pet right here in our clinic. We just need a current rabies certificate. You now have the option of purchasing a 1, 2, or 3 year license that will run concurrent with your dogs' or cats' rabies shot.
